potato“One Potato, Two Potato” is a circle game beginning with one player chosen as “it.” All other players form a circle holding out both of their hands in fists. The person who is “it” walks around the circle tapping each person’s fist to each word of the rhyme. The person landed on at “U” at the end of the rhyme puts that tapped-out fist behind their back. The game continues until a player gets both of his fists out of the circle, becoming “it.” The game starts over with everyone’s fists back in the circle. (from the Mother Goose Club
